A spec-driven catalogue site for a Northern Territory modular home builder — one build, two very different buyers.

The brief

A Northern Territory modular home and remote-camp accommodation builder needed a site that could sell to two very different buyers — first-home owners and industrial site managers — from one catalogue of steel-framed builds.

The approach

A spec-sheet-driven catalogue: each home model gets its own price-from tag, wind rating, and floor-plan gallery, with a plainspoken "built for the Territory" tone and an NT grant-eligibility hook leading straight into the enquiry form — hand-coded for the regional, industrial audience it’s actually selling to.

The result

A site that reads as credible to both a first-home buyer and a remote-site manager, with the enquiry form and grant-eligibility check doing the lead-qualifying work up front.
