Small changes are turned around within a couple of business days, not weeks — you're not queued behind other clients' bigger projects.

Text edits, swapping a photo, updating a phone number or price — the kind of change that takes minutes, not hours. Anything bigger (a new page, a new feature) is quoted separately, and we'll always tell you upfront if something falls outside the plan.
Depends how you paid for the build. On the Monthly plan it's bundled in automatically, at no extra charge. On Lump Sum, hosting's included but this is a low-cost add-on if you want it. See how pricing works.
The Monthly plan runs on a 12-month minimum term, since it's paying off the build itself over time — cancel anytime after that. If you're on Lump Sum and just added the care plan as a monthly extra, that part has no lock-in, but hosting has to live somewhere, so cancelling it means moving your site elsewhere.
That's fine too — we can show you how for the basics. The plan's there so you don't have to, not so you can't.
