The brief
A specialist plastic surgery clinic in Double Bay needed a site that read as premium and trustworthy — patients researching surgery want confidence, not a generic clinic template. Prospective patients typically compare several surgeons before ever booking a consultation, so the site needed to carry the same weight as an in-person meeting.
The approach
A dark, editorial layout with restrained typography and full-bleed imagery — hand-coded for fast load times, with the consultation enquiry kept one click away on every page. Procedure pages are organised the way a patient actually researches — by concern, not marketing category — with recovery information kept close to the consultation form rather than several clicks away.
The result
A site that matches the standard of the practice itself, with consultation bookings as the clear, singular call to action throughout. Patients now arrive at a consultation already familiar with the procedure and the practice’s approach, rather than starting that conversation from zero.
