Dundee Outback Homes

A spec-driven catalogue site for a Northern Territory modular home builder — one build, two very different buyers.

Dundee Outback Homes website preview

The brief

A Northern Territory modular home and remote-camp accommodation builder needed a site that could sell to two very different buyers — first-home owners and industrial site managers — from one catalogue of steel-framed builds.

The approach

A spec-sheet-driven catalogue: each home model gets its own price-from tag, wind rating, and floor-plan gallery, with a plainspoken "built for the Territory" tone and an NT grant-eligibility hook leading straight into the enquiry form — hand-coded for the regional, industrial audience it’s actually selling to.

The result

A site that reads as credible to both a first-home buyer and a remote-site manager — every model page carries its own price-from tag, wind rating, and floor-plan gallery up front, so a visitor can compare builds and self-qualify against the grant-eligibility check before ever reaching out.

“James brought to life our website dreams in a way we didn’t know was possible. He took our brief, all our crazy ideas, and made it reality.”
