The brief
A remedial massage practice needed a site that felt calm and credible — the kind of presence that makes a new client comfortable booking before they’ve even visited. Most enquiries were arriving by phone from people who’d already ruled out a competitor whose site felt clinical or dated, so the first impression online needed to do real work before anyone dialled the number.
The approach
Soft, professional design with the booking action kept front and centre — hand-coded for a fast load on mobile, where most clinic enquiries happen. A muted, warm palette replaced the busy stock-photo layout it was built to fix, with treatment types and pricing laid out plainly on the page rather than buried in a PDF brochure.
The result
A practice site that reads as established and trustworthy, with online booking as the clear next step on every page. Pricing and treatment details that used to need a phone call are now visible on the page itself, so booking is the only step left.
